Even then they shouldn't have known if Ayumi or Genta was in the game (nor which player it was), or who Cheesus was. Even Kleenes role was only "quite obvious" and the BO would have risked quite a lot if they poisoned her without checking her before. No, this was too much at once and too precise to have happened with the BO just using their abilities, they must have been in close contact with the victims.
