I read parts of Hayate again to read Hayate and save new Hayate chapters to read for later.
I think a comedic series with serious storylines is possibly the best type of story ever, god this series is awesome.

to this day, I haven't the slightest clue why I don't like that series

Yeah, I've read the reviews and people were saying how it is so much more violent than Higurashi.
