Yes, you can. Originally you still could but there'd be no point since failed arrests weren't announced but now since failed arrests are not announced the point got resurrected

that's the intent of arrest suspensions not being shown in the phase change

though if you mean arresting for real via his killing action: You may want to prevent that because it wasn't intended when I first made up the rules, but it's up to the GM.

let say anokata blame conia..on night 1

and on night 3 anokata kill and do house search on conia..

then conia is arrested right?

Well, the rules say that vermouth and irish can't arrest townies for blamed actions, but I guess we need to extend that to anokata now XD

yeah, that rule's pretty obviously supposed to be "BO can't arrest people for blamed actions", so put it on anokata too (or just make it generic)
