Actions applied to people in jail still go through, unless this was changed from last Round. If this is the case, then anyone who has something to say in public say it to me so that he/she is protected from exposure

This changed after Yuriko being Kid on Round 21 making herself the center of the townies and sending out all the info for them, since there was no way to silence her.

But I think Abs. changed it back for this round. So no, I think you can't be followed while in jail.
