Collect (Megure, Shiratori, James)
- Receives full report from one random unidentified underling
- If no underlings (left) in game, receives that information
- Receives disguised-role-specific report from disguised characters. That is, he won't get a steal results report from Kid even if he's disguised as Akai, etc. Will not receive results of bow-tie investigations.

What if there is just one underling left? And the one was tricked? Will he get to know that his underling was tricked? Or will Megure etc. get the info that Collect failed? So not knowing if he himself or his underling was tricked?
What happens when an underling was tricked, while anotherome wasn't? Will he get the one that wasn't tricked for sure? Or will it be random, so he either get the info from the one that wasn't tricked or the one that was tricked?

Maybe adding a rule, that there has to be at least 1 underling around. Or that there can't be just shiratori and megure around, and no underling. Otherwise this would be kinda meh :V

Clarification on the BO/Town lovers (since we ran into it last round, and it looks like it'll be more likely possible with the way Amor works for this game): can 2+ pairs of BO/Town lovers win together or not? (Either way, you might want to add it into the rules for the Lovers section.)

And I'm not sure why you'd have to choose during Prep. Phase when you want to use each costume for Yukiko and Irish either. Any particular reason for that change (other than making things more difficult for us )?

I approve of Kazuha's new ability. And all these name changes are making my head swim. *kicks Abs.*

Big Brother (Akai)
- If the shooter was injured, there will be a message that someone was injured (not how, meaning it could have been first aid too). The shooter can't use headshot anymore, but can still kill normally. Also, they can still use Revenge as the only exception when someone gets injured.

if this is the case, I recommend adding in a note that the player's injury will be revealed in the case of a First Aid, as well. In the past, when a player was First Aided and became injured, it was generally kept secret from the thread (to keep the BO from identifying Araide vs Kobayashi so easily), so this would be a change that you might wanna let people know about.

As for Tome, Special Investigate x5... I already thought he was good but ffff. I mean, I know you won't change things that are actual balance like this one (though you should do the top two imo), but man.

APTX (day) (all BO) +CRIME
- The whole BO get capsules with APTX4869 each game. The number of capsules for day usage at the beginning of the game is always 3!
- During each day any BO member may attempt to poison another player (BO or Townie) by sending a PM with that players name and identity to the GM.
APTX: Kleene = Shinichi for example
- If the BO tries APTX on KID disguised as Shinichi, the BO must guess that player is KID and not Shinichi.
- Successful APTX: The target was that role (success). The BO will keep the ATPX. The target dies.
- Failed APTX: The APTX will be used up and the BO will lose it. The victim won't know that he was targeted. The BO will get a message that the APTX failed and how many APTX are left.
- Different BO members can try to poison different targets (or the same target) the same day. Each BO can only start one poison attempt each day. If there are more poisoning attempts than remaining APTX the higher-ranked BO members poisoning attempts takes priority.
Example
Gin can poison pofa as Shinichi. But Gin can't poison pofa as Shinichi AND Ctu as Ran.
Gin can poison pofa as Shinichi and Vermouth can poison pofa as Ran.
- If the BO member who used APTX was lynched, the APTX is still effective and the target will still die.
- APTX can't hinder an arrest. Even if the arresting officer is successfully APTXed by another BO member who is not also being arrested, the arrest still happens.  The arresting officer will die after the arrest takes place.
- Arresting the BO member who does the poisoning WILL hinder the poisoning, and the APTX is lost!
- APTX > lynching: In case the target player is lynched and APTXed, then the APTX will be first, then the lynching. So if the APTX failed, the APTX will be used up and the target dies after that.

Had that during Mini-mafia: What if you APTX a traveler, that is save from APTX because he's traveling currently? Of course the APTX will fail, but will the APTX get wasted even if the role was right?
Also, @travel: there is no rule that the traveler has to travel to japan some day :V So he can stay save outside of japan forever D: (and be the center of the town)

Black Suitcase (Anokata)
- During each day Anokata can decide to give the Black Suitcase to any player (even himself). He can also choose a substitute in case that player is killed/arrested.
- Has to give it to someone, otherwise no one will recieve the Black Suitcase
- During the next night the receiver can pretend to use any existing Night ability. However, the player will never get a result for that action. ("Heal" won't heal the target)
- The player can use his real ability (for example Slander) and a fake ability (for example Investigate 5 or Heal etc.) in the same night.
- If the player is neutralized, the Black Suitcase action will fail as well as any other Night actions. Meaning the investigation of that fake action will come out as "False".
- The player will be notified, that he was neutralized, even if he doesn't have a real night ability.
Example
Anokata (Kleene) can give the Suitcase to himself during Day 1. During Night 2, he can (for example) interrogate another player (Akonyl). Anyone Investigating "Kleene interrogates Akonyl" will receive a "True" result. However, Anokata (Kleene) will not gain a result on his fake Interrogation.

It's not a Anokata only ability I hope?`If there is no anokata around, then the leader of the current BO should also get the BS? :3

- Target unsusceptible to NEUTRALIZATION the following Night (Target notified of Follow; C will be notified if N is attempted on target)

Stupid question I guess. But it doesn't work with cite I guess? Or is NEUTRALIZATION a general definition for all such stuff as neutralize, cite and frighten?

How about slander? Will he slander 2x people too? (so 4x slander in one night possible)

Wow, Haibara got a lot stronger. :\ Follow is a really strong ability anyway. And the BO only gets a corresponding boost if they have Pisco.

And I also don't understand why Yukiko/Irish have to choose which times they want to use their costumes in advance. Since it seems like a big disadvantage to roles that are already hard to blend in with. D:

On the other hand, it'll be interesting to play with not so many people having arrest now. New police abilities should make being police more interesting.

Re: roster rotation - the BO should be keeping track of it anyway to figure out who can kill and who can't kill

Yes, there is really no good reason for Yukiko and Irish to have to choose when they want to use their costumes in advance, besides that I can't be bothered to deal with the whole re-choose costumes thing.

Re "sniping" - hey Akai sniped Gin that one time but didn't automatically kill him Also, Calvados tried to snipe Ran a lot and totally failed
