So why did CN decide to get rid of their anime again?

I personally hope that one of the three following things will happen in the next couple of years.

1. Anime will be back thanks to CN going into panic mode.
2. Someone will be able to make an anime channel that will be a decent success (considering Funi adding some of Viz's anime to their channel, this seems possible)
3. There will be anime on a variety of channels (channels like Syfy etc.)

for the #3 thing, syfy's been doing animonday for ages, but past that I think they're more inclined to make horrible original movies. Although, I haven't really seen it since they rebranded from scifi to syfy, so maybe they'll put on different types of stuff now.

They've actually moved some of the anime they have licensed to their sister network, Chiller(a suspense themed channel).  I forget what some of them are, but one that Syfy had on(Tokko), is airing on there now.  It's still called Animonday, even though it's a different channel.

I'm curious,  what weird obscure animes do they air exactly? 

It might explain why some of my friends know these extremely old animes o_o

A week or so ago SyFy had rave master and gundam 00 episodes on one night. I remember watching animonday the first time they had it and have'nt really watched it since.  Just not a channel I think to check regularly.

I think that the shows on CN suck ass. That stupid drama island crap makes me want to hurl the TV(and it's huge) at a wall. And did I mention it's also screwed into the wall?

95% of the shows on there suck. I don't want much TV anymore, only on my computer now-a-days. I also figured out what Detective Conan was by watching Case Closed.

I watched it from 1-130. Then they would start back at 1. I was like: "what the hype, did he get his body back.. or what? Cliffhanger much." So I went to look if there were anymore episodes they weren't airing. Then I found out that it was Japanese anime(like 95% of it is).

So I looked at it, and was like: eww. Japanese w/ eng subs(wasn't really a fan of that) But I tried it. So I liked it, didn't get to downloading anything because my internet sucked.

This was several years ago, 2003/2004. Then me and my friend got into Naruto, and made me remember DC. And now I'm here, and on Episode 265-6ish.

Cartoons != Anime

Cartoons = childrens play

Anime = more adulterated.

the last part is because of some combination of american censorship and japan being f*cked up since anime is for kids a lot of the time

Like I said, I believe that(and possibly others) anime is more adulterated.

I know that Anime = Cartoons, but I believe that Cartoons are for kids.
