I've been suspicious of shihokudo as BO, because s/h sent me a PM during Night 1, asking to be allies. When I asked s/h if there is anyway to prove each other. S/h told me she can't investigate, and I told her I could. H. reply:

But nobody seems to trust me, which I'm not surprised at.

And they have no reason to trust me atm. And I don't trust them yet either...

you know, I would go with this but I said this a few rounds ago, "look at this suspicious PM shihokudo sent me, let's lynch her" and then she turned out to be ran.

But you have to admit, it was very suspicious...
And I also think 2 BO voted together. :3 I'm probably going to lynch shihokudo, since the PM was suspicious. XD

I don't think BOs would vote together day 1, really. And if my memory isn't playing tricks on me then shihokudo sent me a very similar PM once. That's not really reliable evidence.
