Ever since i saw that Magic Kaito OVA, I've been craving for more Kuroba Kaito!! It's refreshing to see Kaito Kid as a normal teenager when he's not the cool Kaito Kid! And the animation was well done too.
I hope they'll make another OVA though i doubt anytime soon, unless Conan characters are more or less involved.

I've a feeling that DC is nearing its end and Aoyama-sama will go back continuing MK after DC packs up. And hmm I wonder if it's possible that Conan/Shinichi will have future appearances in the MK manga, too.
