Apparently, that's a matter of perspective.

1. You seem to be confusing yourself. Where are the rules inconsistent? I'd say they're actually pretty clear-cut, even if they haven't been explicitly stated. Not everybody needs to read rules to understand that they're there.
3. It wasn't over "one post"... it was a combination of the two troll posts earlier and the trolling before where you stole the supplies that got you banned. I fail to see how that's bluek/the JDC being intolerant.

If it's a matter of perspective, yours is the one that needs work here.

1. Let me give you an example. Let's assume your claim is right for now and 1412 approves what Parkur said. Now, Parkur posts another similar set tomorrow, which 1412 doesn't approve of, but as he's currently asleep, he cannot interfere. Now, how should a normal member be able to tell when he has to follow what Parkur posts, if he doesn't want to be punished? Apparently both times. Now, what if the second is in contrast to some other rule, which forbids something by punishment? Apparently, the member will violate that rule. Therefore, one time, the member is punished when he doesn't follow what Parkur said, and the other time he is when he does, and the member has no way of telling which is which. To me, that seems VERY inconsistent.
3. The relocation of the supplies was in order to keep them safe from misuse, as I feared they might be used against the FI thread, which was not what they were meant for. Of course, that I didn't want the FI thread attacked made the whole decision a lot easier. I also wanted to return them later (and had returned them anytime if there had been a lawful demand), but found the door locked and myself under attack, and therefore unable to return them. Actually, I was doing my job of protecting them, as organizing supplies of course includes keeping them safe. Duh.
