3. I agree partially on the second post, but not on the first. The first was simply a sarcastic pun, and therefore a normal joke. The second one is somewhere between continuing a broken joke and trolling. And, TBH, if one in 100 posts I make in here is trolling...

1&2. Then that other member can take it up with bluek themselves. They don't need you to talk for them.
3. "if one in 100 posts I make in here is trolling..." it's still trolling. No matter how few posts you make that are troll posts, it doesn't mean they're less of troll posts because of it. And I still say it's more of trolling than a joke - as is the first post.

Okay, I'm finally going to say it: dude, chill. Stop taking everything so seriously. It's a mixture of irony and sarcasm that is increasingly amusing the more you take it seriously, until it hits a valley where it's just exasperating.

1. You seem to be confusing yourself. Where are the rules inconsistent? I'd say they're actually pretty clear-cut, even if they haven't been explicitly stated. Not everybody needs to read rules to understand that they're there.
3. It wasn't over "one post"... it was a combination of the two troll posts earlier and the trolling before where you stole the supplies that got you banned. I fail to see how that's bluek/the JDC being intolerant.

If it's a matter of perspective, yours is the one that needs work here.

The JDC rules are rather reminiscient of the Death Note's rules... complicated and unearthly, but consistent. With an addendum of "when in doubt, the book will jerk you around"

You completely misunderstood me. I'm not serious at all. Basically, whenever there are smilies around in my posts, I'm not completely serious. A serious post of mine has no smilies whatsoever. This one is a good example on that.
