EDIT: Okay, I got some news on the..... DA-DADADA MOVIE!(Though it's only a tiny bit)

Okay, so, J.C. Staff will not be returning for this one.(unfortunately) But rather, the studio Manglobe will be animating it.

Though, I guess it's good news, because they're the studio who animates The World God Only Knows, which has superb animation each episode.(imo)

I never found him annoying, so far the only charter I have found annoying is eight.
