@Everyone else discussing my past arguments, I don't think I argue with anyone anymore. I've calmed down a lot but that just might be my own opinion. I have replied with a rude response sometimes, but only when someone annoys me and I'm in a bad mood.

Btw, I was wondering why I was told that special investigation should be able to investigate preparation phase actions. For example, disguises can be investigated in general. It doesn't specify a night. So, why does special investigate need to specify prep phase?

Because Special Investigate will now not be able to investigate things from the current night anymore. So you can't investigate actions on night 1 during night 1 with it.
For Tome (new character, can only special investigate and not use normal investigation) not to be 100% useless night 1 it would be fair to allow him to do something during night 1. And if it is just demonstrating that he can investigate to start proving himself.

ex: Sonoko befriends Shinichi, Heiji, Ran, Gin, Eisuke: Successfully befriends Eisuke

if "sonoko tries to befriend Heiji" came back as true that would be silly.

I thought of a good person for the bomber. Remember that one guy that locked Kogoro, Ran and Conan in the car with a bomb.
And then he was caught at the end because Conan thought of a great idea to keep the car going while it was defused.
Anyone remember this episode?

+ Vengeance Killer and Bomb Killer added.

Schillok suggested that the vengeance killer and bomb killer be able to kill every night. I changed my rules so that they can only kill every night.

I'm confused as to whether you read my rules wrong. My own, original rules said that the vengeance killer and bomber can kill night or day, but only once within two phases. (Within Night/Day, he can only kill once... If he killed every phase then that would be too much)
But steal and observe are night actions, so if they find a good target, then maybe they should kill in the day. If you're against this, because you don't want too many day killings, then I can make it night killings only.
