This shall be a silly RP in a whatever you want setting (how little or how much magic actually matters in this RP is up to us...although please avoid the Star Wars or Naruto like thing where you need to think of a word that somehow explains all of the magical powers (unless it only explains all of the magical powers for say...a small group of people or just your character). I personally don't want much magical powers nonsense for a while though.
You don't have to start in the same setting as me, although I hope someone does since I don't want to have to make the description for 10 characters (at least not in a short period of time) just to keep my part of the story interesting. =P
Oh and one last thing. Don't rush anything. Take it slow. (well at least once this topic gets a couple of pages) Like Detective Conan slow. This will be awesome. :P

Name: Mark Tsuruta (took the Conan Edogawa approach except more random (Mark Twain and Kenji Tsuruta))
Age: 16
Current location: On an old train going to Kelloggs (using random brand names as locations ftw). He is coming from the capital of the country. Both of which I will name someday when I am less lazy and/or it matters.
Gender: Male
Appearance: Blond hair, green eyes, somewhat thin I suppose. Other than that, imagine what a 16 year old boy would look like in an anime. (but not the ones that look almost female)
Strengths: Running, being at the right place at the right time, very good vision
Weaknesses: Loses track of time, cold temperatures, memory.
Likes: Running, money, his pet pig, obligatory girl he likes, warmer temperatures.
Dislikes: Cold temperatures, bacon, pork chops, ham (etc.), loud people
Mark Tsuruta was taking the train back home. He had gone into the capital of the country to visit the Hall of Fame for All Well Known Sports (also known as HOFFAWKS). He had only started watching baseball recently. He enjoyed the games themselves, but after his trip to HOFFAWKS, he realized he didn't care much about the history. Mark was just staring at the scenery for the entire trip. When Mark got off of the train, he went inside the small building near the train.
The building looked almost like a red barn without a huge door on the outside. Mark always wondered about how bizarre that looked. Inside this overly air-conditioned building was his terribly bright orange bike. It was guarded by a friend of the train conductor (who Mark's dad had been friends with since High School). Of course, you had to pay 5 dollars to have your bike locked up in there anyway, but that was fine.
Many kids his age had been known to go on the train with friends. But unfortunately, most of his friends were on vacation in a different part of the country, or perhaps even a different country and no one would be back for another two weeks. Mark didn't mind though. He's always loved the Summer which made up for being unable to hang out with his friends.
He took his bike outside of the air-conditioned building, got on his bike, put on his helmet and rode away on the road. It goes without saying that he was riding home (that was only 4 miles away). It also goes without saying that he never would have guessed that something very strange would happen that day.
(I have no idea where I am going with this. And that's the point. :) This was way too long for someone like me. :P)
