Proposition #8 (December 14th-15th, 2010) — COMPLETE
Brief: A small number of users have left the game prior to this proposition.
Proposition: The Auditor role is another with multiple options.
The Auditor Role
The Auditor has the opportunity to distribute a pool of unallocated tokens toward a group of randomly chosen participants.
Someone has now been drawn to assume the Auditor role. This is a permanent role, meaning they are no longer eligible for future roles that will come up in the contest.
This is known as a secret role. Your identity will not be revealed to the public.
THE AUDITOR'S RULES (assuming no penalties)
- Two pools of tokens are now at your disposal, excluding those from the penalty. As the Auditor, you have the opportunity to distribute one of them as described in the two choices below.
- OPTION 1: Have 21 tokens evenly distributed to a group of 7 randomly selected participants.
- OPTION 2: Distribute +4 tokens to 7 randomly selected users, while one further user receives +100 tokens and you, the Auditor, are exempt from the game. As a result, you will then be no longer eligible for the prize. Should you take this option, your name will not be announced as having left the game. Its reveal will be in your hands alone.
- If no decision is made by the deadline, a default penalty will be assessed. You will receive +5 tokens, while 12 other randomly selected users will receive +10 tokens.
Results: The Auditor has accepted the proposition and chosen Option 1.
A group of 7 randomly selected users have now received +3 tokens:

Re: The Great DCTP Lottery (Ends December 25th!): Propositio
At first I thought OPTION 1 would distribute 21 tokens to 7 people, and therefore calculated the other one to be better not only for the Auditor, but also for the rest (21x7=147; 4x7+100=128; 128<147). So, I were wrong by 600%
