If you didn't know the jokes..

Ai was cosplaying as Anna koyama (Shaman King), the voice actor for Ai and Anna was both the same person  ;D
The girls personality (Anna & Ai) were kinda similar, both loves to tease the boy they like  ;) The difference is, Ai teased with word, and Anna tease by smacking the boy  ;D
