Odd, it's not my birthday... but I haven't left since this week started. There was a note attached to it. Even if it wasn't written in English, one can figure it is a language derivated from Latin. At least it wasn't an anonymous sender: K.R.

Something is missing: the dot(.), since adding that dot to the hint would obviously point to Abs.
Gift: Meant for Holmes, it was his birthday. I wanted to create some suspicious on Holmes, Latin derivated language = Spanish, K.R=Kusuda Rikumichi --> This was up to be filled with your imagination
Lastly, yes, it was a cellphone

NIGHT 1 murder scenario that failed because of shihokudo

I kill/erase AKONYL:

The town sees the missing person is Akonyl! They go to his home and open the door but there is steam coming out and no one can see it. Then the mist is gone but you see it is a empty room. Is he gone and who is she in the first place?

But you see a picture taped to the back of the door as you go!
