I've only just finished the 2nd episode, but it's awesome. Recommend it to people who LOVE LOVE LOVE superb animation(seriously, this is the best animation) and scantily-clad ass-kicking women. And humor. With a great storyline.(A guy is sharing a body with a girl..)

Which is the better When They Cry series? Higurashi or Umineko?

Still half-way of the 1st season of Higurashi and still awaiting for the animation of the answer Arcs for Umineko... I would just like to ask for opinions on both series...

Higurashi is almost universally considered better (if not far better) from what I've heard.

Probably because the Answer Arc has not yet been animated...

I'm about to finish the 1st season of Higurashi, and I think the series really made sense towards the end of the series... Umineko on the other hand is like a combination of Detective and Fantasy genre while Higurashi sticked with where the When They Cry series excel, Psychological Thriller...

I keep meaning to watch this.  I've watched the first episode and another random one 'cause it was playing on SyFy channel for a while...then I just never watched it again. ^^;

I've also been wondering if I should watch Umineko.  Higurashi was awesome and I loved how the story/"stories" were set up and played out (though some scenes were pretty disturbing to me x3).

Arakawa Under the Bridge

This anime is awesome.

ive seen snippets of that series; it's really strange, short episodes with kooky japanese humor and a weird romance all in one.

Ive started Eden of the East, pretty good, things pick up around episode 3.

Still need to catch up on bleach and detective conan....oh boy, but that's what breaks r for

omg, I did not know this, but for the funi version of Eden of the East, they use an Oasis song as their opening!!@!@!@! They used Falling Down from their latest album Dig Out Your Soul.

Just wanted to say, it's cool that an anime uses a western big named band for their opening, and also Oasis is one of my favorite bands!
