Is anyone against, Anokata being the only player with black suitcase? As in, he'll have his other abilities?

My point is that, Black Suitcase can be used, even when Anokata isn't in the game.

So, should the police, or FBI get anything that can be used when Megure is not in the game?
I'm not trying to make one team stronger than the other.

It's just weird IMO, that one of Anokata's day abilities can be used by BO even when he's not in the game.

that defeats the entire purpose of the suitcase and is a huge nerf to the BO >_>

It's not really an "anokata" ability, it's a BO-wide ability, just like APTX, except whoever's designated the leader can use it (and anokata has a special perk for it).
