Today's Weird Stories...

Did an IQ test online today. I do not trust it's result but it did come from a magazine that I do trust so I thought I could trust it to some extent. But after seeing the result I am not so sure any more. I got the result 120, which I really doubt, but here is the weirdest thing. It said that the normal points on the memory part was 10 and I got 13. What's up with that? The memory part was really, really hard too and it felt like I failed a lot. But apparently not as much as I thought.

There's actually a debate on the external validity of an IQ test. Some say that it tests your intelligence. Some say it isn't comprehensive enough. Some say that EQ is a better measure for the purposes of why people want to know someone's intelligence. Some say that the results may only mean what it means: how well you do on an IQ test (which could just be academic information). So... don't think too much about it.

all I know is that I took an IQ test in middle school once and got a 160 on it, so I don't trust them anymore for obvious reasons. :V

Though, if you take them as a growing up kid, it's bound to skew your results as not all kids grow at the same rate anyway. But I will say that though I've never taken an EQ test, it probably is a somewhat better measure to go by.

My weird unbelievable story for the day. I need to get this off my chest.

While I was dressing up and playing with my kitties (I'm using them as dolls) inside my room, some random boy popped out under my bed, and screamed at me, like "WAAAAAAAAAAAHHHH!!!!" I almost had a heart attack (and my kitties run off ) He ran away and I chased him, but by the time I went through my door he was gone. I was still so mad at him for scaring me like that, so I went downstairs and asked my younger brother if one of his friends crept inside my room (I initially thought they were playing hide-and-seek) he gave me a blank look and said "Sis, are you drunk? When was the last time I brought friends inside our house? You know how mom disapprove of that." "Are you sure?" "Yes, duh." "You're not lying?" "What's up with you?" "Nothing." I also asked our maid and she said she didn't see anyone running around. What's weirder than that, is the fact I can't seem to remember the boy's face D:

That got me thinking, who was that boy? What was he doing inside my room?

I went back, thought things over, which only made it worse, coz I was pretty sure my door was locked the whole time I was playing with my kitties *shudder* I only managed to keep it out of my mind when I went online

I am fully aware of that. I just found it odd. I've always though that IQ measures ones logical ability.
