But if he just joins to be in the game and do nothing, and even wins while doing nothing, then I don't agree with that.

I don't remember or know much about this situation. But if he needs someone to replace him in slow mafia there has to be some problems.

It's not that he's just "not on" this one game.

But other rounds, he was around, but to busy to give his anokata power to another player, while he was still able to comment some BO PMs strangly....

I agree with the not caring about the table, but at the same time the table's the only place that wins are really being counted, so I don't think it matters much if he's counted as winning it here when he did nothing, as there's been other inactive people too (and then there'd have to be a measure for inactivity etc).

You could always do what I do though, and if it's ever brought up about beastly winning round 15, you can point out that he was inactive the whole game and thus you refuse to acknowledge his win :V

I know that it is just not this game. But what I wanted to say is that if he isn't online enough for slow mafia regular mafia doesn't seem like an option.

I am sure that no one is picking on him. But it is still a fact that he have been inactive in mafia. Even if he has a good reason which he surely have I would recommend that next time he wants to join the GM have should have a word with him.
