Today's Weird Stories...

Post by Edogawa4869 »

You've seen the good... ;D  You've seen the bad... :'(  Now it's time for the flat out weird stories that have happened in your life! ???

Today, my friend, Fran, told me how she and her friend have managed to pervert the word "bubble."  How it came to that, I have no idea, but I will never be able to look at the word bubble the same again... O.o

(BTW, you'll find that Fran will end up in a lot of my weird stories. XD)

Lather, rinse, repeat.

This reminds me of the day I figured out what batteries Akonyl was talking about.

this topic is a fun coincidence

I felt odd for the first hour I was awake today. (although I slept for like 11 hours which might have something to do with it) Like...sometimes at random I would blank out for 1/2 a second for no reason. Or something. It was....very weird.

If you are going to cook eggs in the microwave, after dumping out the inside of the egg into a suitable cooking container, put a hole in the yolks. Otherwise they explode rather violently, even when outside the shell.

I forgot to do that once, my microwave didn't appreciate its new paint job.

But, nothing of note for this topic today, really. I mean, I woke up half an hour later than I should have, but that's hardly weird.

o.O;

Now I wanna do this just to see the exploding eggs! Though. Not so much a fan of the cleaning up afterward.

Weird stories... hm. Well. Can't think of any right now. My supervisor got threatened by a customer today. Like "let's take this outside to the parking lot" kind of threatened. And he was more or less just amused by it. But that's normal for him.

In Honors Brit Lit, instead of going over the basic procedures for the PSAT, we spent a good five-ten minutes debating whether or not the color on the front page was brown or maroon.

......We ended with mahogany. XD

Today in my Plants and Civilization class my professor was holding up examples of vegetables, explaining where they were domesticated, what parts of the plant they were from, how they got to be that way, etc.  He holds up a tall weedy looking thing and says in his unknown accent, "I stole this from my neighbor's garden.  I don't think they've noticed yet.  Does anyone know what it is?"

something of exceedingly mild weirdness:

I went to subway today, and received a half-dollar coin in my change. Now I don't know whether to spend it or keep it.

Awesome, darling :-*

... Well....
My friend bought me an apple today! :D <3
But he dropped it on the ground o.O and picked it up, and then some other person walked into him, he dropped it again.. o.O And then someone tried to scare him, which succeeded XD So he dropped it again, this time someone accidentally kicked it into the wall while walking D:
But when he picked it up again, it didn't have a scratch..  It was an odd apple o.O
But I got a new apple at least, but it was still odd XD

The PSAT? I thought you were in college. O.o (I'm prepping for the PSATs as well.)

Uh... can't think of any right now. Though, I DO have a lot of them.

XD I'm a junior in high school! :D

Another Weird Story: In chamber choir class (the highest vocal course at my school), my friends Fran and Connor kept commenting on the huge crack that I had in my computer (I accidentally did that during Music Man auditions :-X).  Of course, this is Fran and Connor, so naturally, it was more about butt-cracks than the actual computer... :-\
