End of Night 1

The town was outside the building they had slept in after the long trip.
Kain observed them from the shadows with a smirk, but then notices that someone is missing and leaves the shadows.
"Where is she?" he roars.
"Who?" Someone in the crowd asked, shocked.
"PhoenixTears!" Kain looks around and the whole town begins the search.
"I found her!" someone screams inside the building everyone slept in. Kain gets there at once.
"She... She's dead." he looks down on the corpse of Haibara. She was shoot, and  it looks like the murderer cried..."
"Who was it?" Akonyl asked with teary eyes.
"I don't know.... But it was one person in the room! And that person will pay!" Kain roars.
"What are you going to do?" xpon asks, completely depressed, the cute girl was dead. Kain smirks.
"We lynch someone! Tell me who you wants dead before the night comes."

Beginning of Day 1!

It says the murderer cried. So it's probably a hint on Akemi (or Gin in case he cried of joy ). OR it could be a false hint D:

And Akonyl had teary eyes. This of course could mean he's the culprit. But it could also be that it's a townrole, like someone said. And if it's a town role, and it's related to Haibara, that role should be rather good D: It can even be a male role since it said teary eyes and not crying (and men don't cry? )
And I'm also for it that a police officer tries to arrest Akonyl instead of lynching him D: Since it's possible he's town with a good role D:
Also, two hints the BO murderer would be a bit much? :V Tho you never know D:

Yeah, trying to arrest him would be the safest way. Which still leaves the question who to lynch today...
