Intro to Risuzu 101

Post by Risuzu »

Hello. I'm Risuzu, and I'm a DC-aholic.

I started watching from the beginning last year. Then I had a busy few months so I didn't watch for a while. Now I'm watching again. This is definitely my favorite anime.

I'm 29, female, Japanese-American, and love music. Right now, my primary music obsessions are Mai Kuraki, GARNET CROW, and Younha. I enjoy various music around the world, especially from Japan and Korea.

Favorite TV shows include Criminal Minds, Doctor Who (especially classic series; my favorite Doctor is Hartnell), Mystery Science Theater, and Castle.

Sometimes I'm shy, sometimes I'm silly. Hopefully I won't seem weird to anyone.

Favorite DC character is probably Haibara. She seems cool and smart.

In behalf of bluekaitou1412, I'm delivering an appropiate presentation.

Welcome!

First and foremost, if you're a girl, watch out for this very perverted old puppy (yeah, old puppy, read: xpon) that stalks ladies and steal their undies. Ah, right, we need gender info here, gender! How can we protect you (if you're a girl) if we don't know your gender? We may lose a member! Yes! And, if you're a boy, you need not to worry for anything, though Abs. or PhoenixTears may recruit you to their harem, it's normal, don't get freaked out.

I'll also take this as an opportunity to introduce you to our organization, the JDC. For more info, go here and here. We accept anyone-- just tell us your expertise and skills. Participating in conquering Japan is fun, don't you think? I would like to advertise nomemory's Onionhead Fan Club too. You may join her in her quest to become an onion master.

Oh, another thing, if you come across Girl19 here, don't pick up a fight (or even discuss something with her) if you don't want to get your ass kicked. Stay away from Kleene Onigiri, too, if she wants to make you her new punching bag-- yes, riceballs can punch. Be wary of Eve for she is, well, dangerous. I need not to elaborate.

Don't worry about that shadow behind you. That's probably Conia-- if not, then it's Shadowman, who else? Another one here named Akonyl likes bees. He's the Bee Princess, so he expects you to pay homage to him and give him wasp presents.

Don't worry, you'll meet lots of friends in the course of your stay here, like bears, onions, mad scientists, and ninja assassins. A lot of skirmishes happen between members, and you might get involved, but please do not try to even utter a single insult against Ai, if you don't want to be squashed, chopped, burned, tortured, pitch-forked or poked by the AiCons. Of course, the same applies to Kaitou KID. Though I reckon it's covered already by the mods.

I'm bluekaitou1412, btw. I'm married to a cookie, and have a cat for a pet. (I'll be absent in the Forum for a while though)

...

So, again, I welcome you here, and please don't hesitate in praising Haibara, many people do that, you'll pass unadverted in front of the mods eyes. Go off-topic (Even in Off-Topic), annoy people-- just go and have fun.

Spoiler:
Akonyl was right! :o

Hello Risuzu! ;D Welcome to the Asylum.

And as my literal other half already said: seeming weird is not going to be a big issue here. Trust me. If you're the least bit insane, you'll fit in nicely. If you're aren't - you will be soon. ;D
