I'd like to note three things:

3. As it has been asked several times now: The role of Sherry is not given out normally, and can consequently not be disguised as. She also is not subject to the Abduct ability. The only way for Sherry o be in the game is by Yukiko's Mask action. Sherry is basically only a mask (as masking as Haibara/Conan/DB is impossible, Sherry and Shinichi are stand-ins), and can never be actually in the game (so Okiya asking if Sherry is in the game can never get a yes).

I'm confused I thought Shinichi or Conan can be in the game unless masked or disguised as, well meaning say Conan is Conan and I'm disguised as Shinichi Kid/Vermouth or Yukiko disguised me. So only Conia is the only one in the game. or maybe I'm just seriously confused with the explanation. Which I didn't sleep so that could be the reason.

unless callid switched up the rules (which it doesn't seem he did), the restriction only applies to "real" conan+shinichi not being able to be in the same game. If a conan is in the game, as many people as you want can be disguised as Shinichi, you just can't have a "real" one.

Which leads to the most important question:
Why did you tell everyone now that you are a role with a day-only ability? There is no way someone is able to confirm your claims with investigate if you have a day ability. There is no one who could even confirm you are not a BO in the first place.
Why did it have to be now? Why before the night is over?

You want to be contacted by a group - but why should they trust you?
If I were a lover I would try to keep that fact a secret for the whole game. If I were part of a Sonoko-BFF relationship I would not want any stranger (like you) to know about it as well. And if I were a DB I would wonder what reason you could have trying to contact us. Ohh sure, to confirm your role the next day. But... that could have waited until the night is over. Right now it seems more likely the first DB contacting you will be killed right away. Or kept alive until you know how many more DB are in the game.
