YuGiOh is most famous as a card game. But in the original manga, the card game was only ever intended to appear in a single-chapter arc with someone who was intended to be a one-time villian, rich card collector Kaiba Seto. Fan demand for both Kaiba and the game brought both back at the Death-T arc, and resulted in the game becoming the focus of the manga and, eventually, real.

Bananas have a high potassium content. Because of this, the Guinness Book of World Records will not accept "most bananas eaten in X period of time" attempts because too much potassium is poisonous.

The interesting thing is that citrus fruit doesn't have as much vitamin C as one would think, just look at oranges.

Grapes are only 11mg per 100g.
Lemons are 50mg per 100g
Limes are 30mg per 100g

She should avoid citrus fruits in general, but looking at my table that is just as fine, eating kale is even better than having citrus fruits.

Best friend? Ha! I am looking forward to become old just to get rid of that "friend". But yes iron is important.

Meaning if one eats broccoli and kale at the same time it should be really healthy since vitamin C makes it easier for the body to assimilate(?) the iron.

Ouch. That sucks for her then. I know of some vegetables that gives Vitamin C too, but I need to look at my textbook to comfirm that :P :P :P .

I WANT TO GET RID OF MY BEST BEST BEST FRIEND TOO! DDD: Lack of Iron causes Anaemia. So yeah, iron is important ;).

Yes. Iron is generally hard for the body to "absorb" in, so vitamin C is needed to aid the absorption of Iron (hahaha another memorizing work >_>)

Like kale and red peppers for an example. Lots of vitamin C there.

I am not to sure about iron vegetables at the moment, I know broccoli and I think most green vegetables and peas contain high amounts of iron.
