He got that from ED36. Which means that there might be a death in that couple, probably Shinichi. Then magically revives like main characters always do

you mean how Shinichi/Conan kept holding her hand till the very end and although she was sleeping he did not let go of them while putting his jumper on. Certainly, that was sweet and full of deep love .
