There's something I needed to do a few days ago, which I've done. However, due to shenanigans, I can't actually "complete" it until some meeting is held, which won't be held until next week.

And finding other stuff that needs doing is seemingly difficult.

Work is about to become complete hell. Found out last night that one of our supervisors thinks that our new manager is out to fire everyone that the old manager hired. I'm not sure if he's basing this on stuff the new manager has said/done or what, but there's not much I can do about it. I'm going to have a meeting with the store manager ASAP (have been planning to for weeks now) and I'm going to try to cover some of the issues that our department is having. (Morale is way low, we no longer function as a team, everybody is being written up for stupid crap, the new guy isn't even trying to get to know us as people - and while that may not be a problem in most departments, it's pretty much a vital part of the way we function as a front end.) Problem is, I called up there today to try to set up a meeting, and the store manager wasn't in. I can talk to him tomorrow about it, but Saturday is always stressful. And then I'm on vacation. So I may have to go up there on my vacation and talk to him because I can't put this off for another week and a half. Something needs to be done quickly before we all just walk out.

The only bright spot I've found in work lately? A quasi-supervisor from another department has been basically begging to have me move to her department for about a month now, and I'm all for it because she's awesome and the department is fun to work in. They need an extra person, and the way my schedule is, I would be a really good fit there. And she spoke with her manager the other day about moving me over. There hasn't been a decision on that yet, but I may know something soon. ;D

I say she works at Wal-Mart.
They treat their employees horribly.

Nothing cause you're wrong. :P So is Tommy. The place I work isn't that big of a corporation.

Nope, costco is wrong too.

PhoenixTears' work place has different departments and management.
Meaning it's most likely a big place...

But it isn't that big of a corporation, meaning it's not that widely known.
Is it a chain or a single business?

It's a franchise, I believe. (To be honest, I wasn't paying too much attention when they talked about all of that in my training class two years ago. :P Either way it's not a single store.) And yes, the store itself is pretty big. And that's all I'm gonna say on it. :P If you really wanna know where I work, figure it out, Mr. Detective. :P

@Ako-chan: Nope. ;) Now try figuring it out.
