The death map was awesome. Also Kogoro's salary page. There were also some other diagrams, like what the side of the detective agency looks like, the map of Beika and Haido which was already posted, where the outside of Tokyo cases take place, inspirations and models used for various things. If my uneducated guess is correct, it even has a pie graph for murder methods used or locations. There's also pages for each of the major characters with lots of drawings scattered around.

So the BO is just like the Kommune 1? It all makes sense now. Gin's and Akai's hair style should have been an obvious hint. Vermouth is Uschi Obermaier, Skai is Rainer Langhans, and Gin is Fritz Teufel.

I have to vote for GinxAkai. 

Spoiler: reason

Perhaps Akai and Gin knew each other from childhood.  They ended up in opposing organizations though, so there were some issues with them being together.  The whole reason Akai probably ever attempted to get into the organization was to be closer to Gin, but then Akai met Akemi.  So Akai dumped Gin for her, which made Gin hate Akai and kill Akemi.  Akai was upset by this and was angry at Gin for some time, so they both hated each other for a while, but then decided they needed to be together again.  Akai's fake death was actually a giant scheme made with the efforts of Gin and Akai.  Conan was just a pawn for them.  Soon enough Gin and Akai will be together    who knows... it could happen.  Wasn't sure if spoiler was necessary.
