Zenigata is a great police officer. Usual criminals are no match to him, even if they are 2 meters tall and look like the Hulk (remember Zenigata fighting against a whole bunch of ghetto boys in the First Contact TV special?). Lupin is just a bit better then Zenigata. I think that's the reason why people underestimate him. But my favorite character is Lupin.

Zenigata is a great police officer. Usual criminals are no match to him, even if they are 2 meters tall and look like the Hulk (remember Zenigata fighting against a whole bunch of ghetto boys in the First Contact TV special?). I think I saw that clip once. Then I went "WTF?!?!?" and rewound it and watched it again to confirm that, yes, he did just jump off of the top of the Empire State Building and cut a lightning bolt in half. it was in one of the first specials I watched, forget which one though. I mean I knew Goemon was an awesome swordsman, but I was amazed how each special I watched he cut more and more extreme things, from tanks to helicopters to missiles.
