Of course it's fake, it's just fan art. You could see that the characters weren't drawn perfectly, and it lacks background, not really Gosho-like. But it's rather well-made...

Hahaha, too much of a critic, but I think it doesn't suck that much. I just think it's quite thick. But it really sucked on Sonoko (movie 5, lol)

Of course it's fake. The Chinese in the middle panels is mostly from the file when Haibara is introduced. And it looks spliced.

Yes it's all Simplified Chinese. And you can't exactly find an Italian manga with Chinese verbs from a Japanese website.

They are in italian, below is my (100% unprofessional) translation...

I like Haibara, a lot. But the idea of Shinich*Ai - a couple just gets on my nerves, sorry Shin*Ai fan. I enjoy Conan - Ai friendship, and I love to see their interaction, so cute. But please, never-a-romance. A Conan - Ai romance kiss (you know what I mean) is definitely unwatchable for me.
But of course, this is a fanfic thread, let everyone have their own happy story
