Thanks, DT.  I'm assuming that Discombobulating isn't exactly what you want to do for Kir...  I was thinking that if you remember, Eisuke and Kir were siblings, so maybe they'd have similar effects...

Yeah, I didn't think so.  I'm not sure what else I can add to her...  I've got SOS and Contact, but those are weak alone...  The only thing that sounds remotely like Kir is something along the lines of Coma, but that just sounds weak, too...

The more that I look at it, the information, SOS, and Contact make a pretty powerful player.  Granted, she can't do much, but that's the best I can come up with.  Maybe if I sleep on it, I'll think of something tomorrow.

In the meantime, Here's Kir as has been described so far today with my invented Actions:

* Kir, Undercover Agent
Possible Prep. Action: Contact
Possible Day/Night Action: SOS
Interrogation: "BO"
Scent: No
Disguise:  ???
Items: Gun, Panties, Car Keys, Headgear, Alcohol

*Contact
Role with this Action: Kir/Hidemi
- In the Prep Phase, Kir selects 5 non-BO players.  If one player is FBI (Camel, Jodie, Akai, or James Black), Kir makes contact with ONLY one of them (chosen at random).
- Both Kir and the Contact know the other's identity.
Example: Kir (Detective Tommy), Akai (PhoenixTears), Jodie (Edogawa), Shinichi (xpon), Pisco (pofa), & Sonoko (Akonyl)
Detective Tommy Contacts PhoenixTears, Edogawa, xpon, pofa, and Akonyl
Result: Detective Tommy randomly Contacts either PhoenixTears or Edogawa

*SOS
Role with that action: Kir/Hidemi
-When Kir is killed, one random Town member is given a note containing a clue to the identity of the killer.
-If Vermouth is disguised as a Town member, she MAY receive the note.
-Sometimes if the Town member deciphers the clue on the first attempt ONLY, an Auto-Report will be sent to a random officer.
-The Town member will not know if he was right or wrong in his (or her) guess.

Just to help you out: Disguise means if the role can be disguised as.
Yes: Vermouth/Kid can disguise as this role.
No: Vermouth/Kid cannot disguise as this role.

Both Contact and SOS have interesting roles.
Not sure if she shouldn't have a day/night action. Maybe Investigate 1?
