Nope, you've got it all wrong!  When I'm BO, I make up some flimsy excuse to accuse a fellow BO of being BO, then wait for a townie (Conia) to swoop in and rescue him, accuse me of being BO in the process, and "earn the trust" of my fellow BO member.
