It wasn't house search that I know of.

I just think that if:

No one died = Xcommando was supposed to kill someone but couldn't because he was arrested

Then he couldn't have been the one that killed D. Tommy on Night 1

So not Chianti, Korn, Bourbon, or Anokata.  Probably not Tequila either.

Abs. said nothing about it being a house search. It's easy to narrow down who Xcomm could possibly be based on what's happened so far. And, assuming someone arrested Xcomm without a house search, maybe it was a lucky arrest or maybe they knew something that he had done. Like Abs. said, if Xcomm was the intended killer tonight and that's why there was no murder, we know Xcomm didn't kill Tommy. But other than that, he could've been arrested for:
-slandering
-disguising
-discombobulating
-stealing
-erasing
-abducting
-and maybe something else I'm missing.

It's just a matter of narrowing it down from there.

He could be town, yes. It's more likely he's BO, though, based on the fact that if he's town, it means we had two successful protects/healings in a row. Or the killer was discombobulated by random chance.
