She could be my lover, or Sonoko and I'm her best friend. Or she has a confirmed partner who is DB, Ai or an investigator, lover or Sonoko and did one of the above, or even Okiya told her that there is no Vermouth in the game. And last but not least, she could be Vermouth herself, in love with Vermouth or generally BO.
So there are a LOT of other possibilities.
