Re: Mafia Round 12 - Bear Round! (Night Three)
So he was Kazuha? Hmm. That explains at least a few things. Why there weren't any actions he could show us, for example. I'm currently working on a plan that proves I'm town, but it's really hard to do something like this when you can only investigate. Perhaps I should do something similar to Schillok (and let some investigators confirm it); only problem is that it's very likely to fail, as Schillok already arrested one murderer and the other one was most likely xpon, so there isn't much left. Although I could go for the one who APTXed Khinkun.
Well, basically, the question is: Do you want that I prove myself via arresting cause you will most likely lynch me if I don't, or do you still trust me enough that that isn't necessary? Based on this, I'll take my actions tonight (it's better if I arrest tonight, cause then it can be investigated). So, what do yo think?

As for awesome plans and thinking I'm not really on at the moment (have some seriously painful stomach ache). But didn't the lynching mention something about nine bears in italics maybe that is important.

@Schillok:
I noticed you think I'm suspicious, and that you also voted to lynch me. I explained my reasons for thining you were suspicious and gave you a change to defend yourself. Mind returning the favor?

An excellent question. I'm a little lost myself.Holmes wrote: I´m lost, who are suspicious?

Well, there were two reasons I voted for you. No, actually 3.PhoenixTears wrote: @Schillok:

First: You were in contact with Khinkhun. Until we know how he died everyone who was in contact with him is highly suspicious IMO.
Second: You tried to ignore my arguments why not to lynch me. It is nice to have someone considering the little possibilities why someone could still be suspicious. But you seemed a bit too much over-the-top.
Third: Beside you the most suspicious player was TheBlind. But I had no solid evidence against either of you and noticed that some people seemed to favor voting for him. So to increase the chance of a draw I voted for my other top-suspicious player: you.
Well, now is night and I guess we can try to prove each other tonight. I guess I should PM you...

Apparently Callid thinks he is, athough if Schillok really is town, it makes Callid somewhat less suspicious since he spent all yesterday defending him.Holmes wrote: I´m lost, who are suspicious?
Yeah, I don't know who's really suspicious either. Especially since/if conia=Irish was the true fact in the dream. There are always the people in TheBlind's will, but there are a lot of people there, so...
Well, arrest attempts can be faked with the black suitcase at night, so that wouldn't really prove anything.Callid wrote: Well, basically, the question is: Do you want that I prove myself via arresting cause you will most likely lynch me if I don't, or do you still trust me enough that that isn't necessary? Arresting attempts can't be faked with black suitcase.
Because arrest would be handled as if it was tricked, or if you want to put it differently, as if it didn't happen.
And with a real arresting attempt, you would get a notice from the GM in the thread, that:
1) someone was successfully arrested (a faked arrest can't arrest someone)
2) A police officer was suspended for a false arrest (the BO isn't a real police officer (as long as it's not vermouth doing a real arrest) and thus can't bet suspended)
You would just get a true in the investigation. But you woudn't get a notice from the GM.

Re: Mafia Round 12 - Bear Round! (Night Three)
So basically unless Vermouth is disguised as an police officer it would not be possible to fake an arrest attempt. And of course if the arrest fails Vermouth could not investigate the next night...
Looks like Vermouth is the real problem for us... would be better to find her soon.

Actually, I asked Rohoph before I posted that, and she said that the town would be notified even if it was a Black Suitcase arrest.Kleene Onigiri wrote: Arresting attempts can't be faked with black suitcase.

OK, then obviously an into-the-dark arrest of mine wouldn't help either *sigh* Or wait, I can still prove me to some degree, as I can both arrest AND investigate in the same night. Although I could be Gin with this again. But I still want to know how much you want me to prove myself, cause it would be stupid to waste my actions for the next two phases if it's not needed and it would also be stupid not to take the actions and get lynched for it.

Re: Mafia Round 12 - Bear Round! (Night Three)
Imo that's not possible. Like the rules state, you don't get a result with the black suitcase. And a arresting or a suspension would be a "result". Because if the BO would try to fake arrest someone who tricked, aka Eisuke, then it would reveal whether that person didn't do that (suspended police), or whether that person tricked someone (person would be arrested). Meaning, it would give away a result, and the balck suitcase has the rule that it doesn't give out a result.pofa wrote:Actually, I asked Rohoph before I posted that, and she said that the town would be notified even if it was a Black Suitcase arrest.Kleene Onigiri wrote: Arresting attempts can't be faked with black suitcase.
