The only cool thing about impostor-Gin was his blue eyes, but then again they got it wrong since Gin has green eyes.

Yeah, they failed in so many ways! Not to forget impostor-Shinichi who doesn't look like Shinichi at all.
I'm just glad Kashii Yu (Shiho's actress) was beautiful enough for our Shiho. xD

Totally ~random~ but... I think Oguri Shun plays Shinichi well. . Well, at least I know they need someone tall and Shun is tall. (Toma is totally fine, but I think it's better than anyone else like Matsuda Shota |: )

I think the problem with the actor who played Shinichi is the look.. His haircut was so different from what it should have been.
Also, he was too tall for the actress who played Ran; the elevator scene was just awkward because of that. >_>

I liked Kashii Yu's acting. But I also think that Yamada Yu, with a good Shiho-haircut, would do a good job too. xD

I'm not sure, Oguri Shun has never once been my favorit, I saw in in Hana Kimi once, then in conan, basically the same style of character, makes me wonders if he's acting or just being himself, face down, hands in pocket, not talkative, trying to look cool....

LOL, nice description.. I haven't really seen him acting a part from in the DC live-actions.. but now that I think about it, he did seem kinda "off" for his role. Let's just say the casting was fail, or maybe DC characters are too awesome. xD

I actually rather liked to actor they casted to play Shinichi. Also, he wasn't too big, Ran was small (and fugly).
Gin looks apathic. Agasa looks ridiculous. Shiho was spot-on but Ai? She lacks all the snappiness, sacasm and awesomeness of the original. She looks like she couldn't say boo. Same with Conan. Megure, Sonoko, and Kogoro were alright, even if Kogoro was too silly for my taste.
