When she was disguised as Dr. Araide for a long time... I mean there was one thing that's been bothering me and that is... her breast. In the first episode where she appeared, everyone was talking about that she has a big breast, when she was disguised as Araide we saw no breast at all, It's logical that a man with boobs would look weird, but how did she do it? How did she make it not visible?

I thought about this too. I also assume padding her shoulders to mimic a male stature might help even out the ... hills and valleys, so to speak. In the anime and I think the manga (harder to tell), she deflated her padding which seemed to involve air. I also wondered if she padded herself... further south... of her torso as well. You never know when a bratty little kid in your doctor's office will throw a temper tantrum during a shot/blood draw and put a foot where it shouldn't be...
Detective Conan disguise stretches the bounds of realism. I try not to think about it too much, lest I think about things like the above...

1. she does the bandaging and squeezing them in which seems painful, probably won't work
2. hers, they weren't that big in the beginning anyway, she fakes it to be big
3. Somehow in the process of stuffing things to make her posture becomes that of Araide, a man, their size proportional to the body becomes unnoticeable

As for her age, she's definitely an old lady by now - she has white hair. She could've done plastic surgery to look young, but actually she's about 50 years old.

Sorry if that came out wrong. I was merrily flattered it amused someone who wouldn't like the possibilty of SHiho wooing Shinichi with her massive boobs.
The problem with an Onsen case with Vermouth would be that she could wear fake boobs even when she's in the hot spring. And I think that even Vermouth bound her chest, she might have been able to disguise them as pecs. I'm still all for showing Vermouth naked, though.:p
