Alright. Although I am not sure why I even want to post in this distasteful discussion, but let's kill this legality argument once and for all. 7 years old is below the age of consent and below the age of puberty so that in Japan and many jurisdictions around the world even the Romeo and Juliet laws (or whatever countries have) would not apply. Conan or Haibara in their child forms could not have sex with anyone, even with each other. End.

A. Dating = Sex in every way
B. That a detective and a biochemist would do something like that before in actual age or without proff of real age.
