I am plenty aware of the idea of proxies. However, you seem to be confused, as you still think this has anything to do with the sovereign nation of Akonyland, which does not recognize the use of proxies. The idea of a legal proxy is not something that is somehow universally applicable.

Well if that is true, then If for some reason, Kleene is unable to punch you and she does need you attacked, does that mean you get off scott free or does it mean you will still get attacked by someone acting under her orders and with her request that you be attacked.

I get off scott free. However, that's not to stop her from making up for lost punches later.
