not really its better to aim at the neck their is a spot (hard to explain with text) that you can shot and it will cut threw all the cords connected to the brain. but if their are multiple targets i suggest aiming for the chest as it is easier to hit and aim for you will kill more faster than aiming at the head. oh and never shoot more than 2 bullets from 1 location as then you have a high risk of giving away your position. witch is bad for a sniper. oh and i voted Chaiti

But aiming that point is harder than hitting the brain. So aiming the head seems better to me
