Because having 2 lover pairs (town/town) and DB's and Sonoko in a game with less than 20 player is too much too. Depends on the GM than.
GM needs to balance the game a bit if something happens which would benefit one side drastically anyway D:

Considering Kazuha's role, if she can really only do it "once" per game, I recommend changing it so that she can use it an unlimited number of times until it actually has a use, then she's not allowed to use it ever again.

And I'm with Abs on the bomb issue, it doesn't tickle my fancy.

Btw it never was stated anywhere in the rules what the formula for determining the number of BO was, correct?  Up to the GM, as far as I recall, aye?

I swore I thought I saw something in the APTX section that looked like this:
"...APTX4869 being limited to 1/3 Town(Same as BO)..."

The BO ratio has always been roughly 1/3 of the town. Before Kleene's round, in order to lengthen games, the BO was made more powerful, but they were reduced to 1/3 -1.

The amount of APTX, as far as I know, is determined by 1/3 of the town. However, this 1/3 is different from the BO's 1/3, because this 1/3 is relative to the actual remaining townspeople after the BO players have been picked. So there's slightly less APTX than BO.

Once again, Akonyl shines the light of truth upon the situation.

BO= 1/3 of total number of players
APTX = 1/3 of number of town

Although, again, the # of BO could be modified by the GM, eh?

The number on BO varies. It's usually around 1/3. And GM can choose to give them 1 or 2 less or maybe more. This should also depend on what roles there are imo D:

And APTX was 1/3 * town players in the game from the beginning D: So if the Town:BO ratio is more to the town, the BO get's more APTX.
But it was never stated in the rules how many BO's there are (so that the town doesn't know how many BO's are left)
At least I didn't put it in D:

What do you think of letting the games run down, even if the BO are the majority?  Since there's the possibility of Lovers, etc. making things complicated.  Also, not letting the town know that "Hmm, we have 5 players and the game isn't over yet, so there must be 2 or less BO left."

As long as there is a chance that the town can win, let it run down.

But if it's a night phase, there's one BO, and two townies (Shinichi + Heiji) are alive, you should just end the game. Yes, if there was a doctor or policeman in the game it would be possible for the town to win, but there's no point in forcing the game to run down at that point, because there's no way for them to stop that last BO.
