Holmes, did you indicate to anyone that you were going to interrogate nomemory? If not, why would Gin slander her? She's never been suspected in the thread, so it would be a pretty random use of slander.

Holmes has already said in the thread that any investigator should investigate his interrogation to prove himself. So far, no one has proved him, no one has even talked about him, at least in the thread.

I checked with the rules but it's unclear: If, during a house search, it's discovered that a crime was committed, is that person whose house is being searched automatically arrested? Or does Megure (or another officer) have to arrest him/her during the next phase?

I was unsure myself so I asked the person doing the house search and did not get a response so I just went with what I believe.

I thought that if they found evidence of a crime they would have to do something about it (check list for what is considered a crime)

As far as I know, though there was the stipulation that if you arrest the killer during the night that the murder wouldn't happen, I'm not sure if that applies to all actions. It could also be the case that Ctu messed up, being that he apparently gave 4 roles in the first dream rather than the usual 5.

*Dream
- The GM will give out one dream per night - one player get's the info of the dream (PM) on the next day, since he was dreaming during the night.
- The dream will have 5 facts, 4 false and 1 true fact.
- There can be hints or riddles in the dream too, which point to the real fact or could point towards something else or is a irritating hint (false hint).
- You can't quote the dream and post it or PM it someone else. You need to describe it in your own words.
- Only exception is, when you already have an ally from the beginning. So you may quote and PM your dream to your BO buddies, lover, best friend or the DB's.

I just asked, and Ctu says that if Abs. tried to take an action last night and was arrested, the action should not have gone through, as arresting takes place first. Yet Abs. says he's Eisuke, and both Xcommando and I claim to have been tricked/intimidated.

So it looks like one of the three of us (me, Abs., Xcommando) is lying. I'll give you a hint: it's not me.

Edit: OR, unless there's some other reason besides tricking/intimidating that I would have gotten a PM saying my night action failed. I've looked all over the rules and can't find one, but if there is one I'll feel very silly.
