Shinichi+Ran or Conan+Ai?

I have a question for Ai+Conan fans:
do you really believe they will get together at the end or do you just want them to? I still don't get it.

I'm pretty sure I'm the only one who believes they will get together .

I'm just a fan of awesome, soulmate couples.

Though I'm sure there are a lot of people that believe that.

Well I haven't met any. Well one that I converted  but I don't know where he went he hasn't been on here for a while....

there's only one more plot relevant case in the manga than there is in the anime, so essentially the anime has almost caught up to the manga, since all those other cases don't affect the plot too much

In my opinion these are the scenarios that will happen if Conan will end up with Ai
- No Antidote... Ran will know the truth and move on end up with another guy while Conan and Ai will grow up together
- Ran will die, or will be killed by members of BO (even though I'm an AiCon fan, honestly I don't want this to happen, who wants a story to end up on tragedy?)

I thought we already replied a hundred times to that specific question? Oh well, maybe you're new here so I'll reply again.
As an AiCon fan, I don't believe that Ai and Conan will end up together. I'm 100% sure Conan will become Shinichi again and stay with Ran. Why do I love AiCon then? That's because they have a great interaction together, they have many things in common, they look cute together.. and so on. Let's say that I believe Ai/Shiho is a much better match for Conan/Shinichi and that I never was a ShinRan fan to start with, not even before Ai made her first appearance. Also, in my opinion, AiCon's friendship > ShinRan's love.
And because I believe 99% of the AiCon fans already know that Shinichi will end up with Ran anyway, I'd like to add that the AiCon fans aren't, as someone said before, "delusional crazies". We're not dupes or fools, we do know AiCon has no chance in the end, yet we still prefer AiCon over ShinRan. As simple as that.

He can't fall in love with her because he's already in love with Ran. But if DC were more realistic and Ran were to die (which I don't wish for), he'd most likely fall in love with Ai, then. And let's not forget that he already shows signs of affection towards her, he does care about her, just not enough because his love for Ran is stronger.

Exactly. AixConan is unrealistic. I know that Conan cares for Ai, but I don't think his relationship with Ai can even compare to his relationship with Ran.

Actually, what I meant was that AiCon would be more realistic than ShinRan in real-life. But since DC's love side is unrealistic and AiCon is realistic, AiCon has no chance to happen. And Shinichi's "17-years-long relationship" with Ran can't compare with his "less-than-1-year-long relationship" with Ai for that matter.

I heard of another dude taking the drug from the organization and becoming a boy.
I hope he has the same attitude as Ai, maybe they can hook up.
It's a possibility.

And I think I know of the person you're talking about. But I think he was just manga only or something along those lines.

I'd rather see Ai happy with another male than see her alone.

She can be happy alone too!  She doesn't need a man!  Or maybe she needs a woman!

To me, Ai doesn't need a man to be awesome, but she needs a man to be happy in the end of the story.
And please don't get me started with the yuri again. I have the same opinion about yaoi and yuri, so let's stop here please.

And you're not a trouble-maker with your opinion as long as you don't "spam" it (like repeating your self over and over and over etc. so that if feels annoying. Because real people meet mysterious women with secret pasts who fall in love them after being rescued from being tortured and killed by the mob they're trying to escape. People falling for long time childhood friends is just unrealistic in comparison.

Because people who are more capatible usually end up together.
