Someone who should realize that the problem is the doubling of the pronoun. If you want to use two pronouns, you need two "someone"s, an "and" (Someone who is said to be Anakota and that who wants...) or you have to leave out the "who" (Someone said to be Anakota who wants...). The way Kleine said it makes it similar to "Someone who is said to be Anakota wants..." and "Someone who is said to be Anakota that wants...", with the first referring not conia, but any someone who is said to be Anakota and the second saying that not conia, but Anakota wants to lend a Porsche.

and to callid, yeah the "who" probably should have been left out, to make it just "someone, said to be anokata, that wants...", however I only said that it was commonly acceptable (as people do often put who/which in front of appositives), and that it wasn't necessarily 100% correct. My point was more that it's a pretty normal way to word things and that it shouldn't really warrant confusion.
