in my nightmare.. i am dieing .

i woke up with a dizzy head, i tried to stand but my feet dont response and when i look down, a whole puddle of blood already there. the blood came out from my belly.  someone must stab me with something... and whoever did this love blood rally  because he left me to bleed until death... suffering from this pain alone... i scream! i Scream but no ones listen ... i guess this is my karma because i lied and trick many people last round.
