Well you can kind of still do the move though until your last move , you could have done what I think is a better move for a much quicker win
Chess Puzzle anyone? What moves will win blacks queen?
Now that the queens are gone, I'm really curious. What moves could I have made to capture black's queen? I think the starting point was from this board setup:
Since you asked, this is what I saw. Rc1-a1 threatening a8. it is covered by the bishop and pins the queen. I also a diffeent move first, but that one still might happened

Not a bad move. googleearth probably would have avoided the queen pin by moving the king, but it would still have been a good board position then from which to play. It's really hard to defend when you're down a rook.

Well, c-square has the game for me. The disappearance of the Queens marked it.
Which is why I resign at this point. Good game, c-square. We should do this again, sometime soon...

The other move I saw is B-f3. The postion is known to some as stalemate the knight, and it also covers d1 for a possible attack on the queen. This Queen attack is not a pin and so the queen can move.
By the way GoogleEarth I saw a few move you should have moved with your knight. If done right it covers the queening square. Example after the exchange of queens you should have gone to e8. iT covers the passed pawn from moving forward.
