To put my 2 cents in the move that was done (n-qb3) is better then (n-q2). the first guards/ attacks two center squares Q5 and K4 .the later (n-q2) other watch /attacks K4. Also according depending on a player strategy, It can be ok to move out the queen earlier then normal. This is also true when you are countering a very bad move.

not at all. my statement is by the book. ( A chess book I once read ) had a problem cutting and pasting url but the problem is fixed. please check this link
