Someone who is clearly not destined to be a Grammar Nazi (needless comma and forgot the "s" on the end of "seems").

Someone who should be careful with the term "nazi" if he ever meets anyone from Germany (except me ;D) or any victim of the holocaust. Actually, we just had a history field trip today to the KZ Dachau to meet some Dutch survivors of the holocaust who were willing to tell us about it. A rare chance today.
If  ;), :D, ;D, ::), :P, :-X, :o or >:D are attached, that paragraph may not be 100% serious. Seriously.

Someone who is totally right about the seriousness of Nazis. (I've been on History trips to France and Germany; I've been to Auschwitz. It is a truly sobering experience, and those who trule believed in the Nazi ideology were the ones who deserved to end up in an oven. I'm using the term light-heartedly, but that doesn't in any way impact on the seriousness or horror of what they did.)

Someone who's right. However, in Germany this topic is somewhat hypersensitive, and that's what I meant "be careful if you ever meet someone from Germany". Any politician who uses Nazis in any possible comparison will not get voters anymore and is probably forced to leave his party. Actually, sometimes it looks to me as if we are treating the Nazis as they were treating the Jews in the time before the Nuremberg Laws.

Someone who has a point. Normally, you shouldn't persecute people for their ideologies; the only problem with the Nazi ideology is that it promotes so much hate and harm that it can be very really dangerous if not handled carefully. People can be bigoted fuckheads if they want; the problem is that bigoted fuckheads don't tend to stick with just thinking that immigrants/Jews/Communists/Homosexuals etc are no good.

Someone who says this high level political conversation is great, but doesn't want to ad his part.

I'm running out of time, but I'll answer to you, mangaluva, in my next post in here.

Well, this should be handled by criminal law. Denial of protest marches won't do anything about it. Actually, I think a democracy should be neutral, even to extremists (like the Weimarer Republik). However, the constitution should have some mechanisms that make it very difficult for a demagogue to bring everything into line.
It's somewhat paradoxical that all power lies in the hand of the people, however, they do not have the power to give this power away.
