It's Akai, Ran and Eisuke. Also, since they were talking about an FBI agent being "dead," how did Conan know that the person who "died" was Akai Shuichi?
correct me if I am wrong but I think it wasn't even shown that someone told Conan who the dead FBI member was...
Which means either Conan doesn't know that Akai is dead, or Conan is conniving with Akai
about Eisuke being Akai in disguise, LOL. it was already hinted that Eisuke had suspicions on who Conan was throughout the whole story.
1)i think that eisuke can't be akai in disguise, because in 508, eisuke says that the first time he met conan, he fell down on purpouse, just to grab on to his face. If eisuke was akai, he could have never kown than insignificant fact.
2)if eisuke wasn't akai, he is smarter than i thought, and that makes me think that it's true that he'll go to america to join the CIA. And if he is able to be a CIA agent, he can also be a BO member.
3) About akai's death, when mitzunshi rena fires, there is a camera moving, so we can't see the exact picture where the bullet is getting across akai's head. But, then the police find the fingerprint of the man who was found burnt, in conan's phone. Anyway, this whole thing can be part of a trick that conan and akai and (maybe) mitzunashi rena came up with beforehand.
4) if akai is still alive, he faked his death, we don't know whether it was to fool the FBI (after knowing who conan and haibara were) or the BO. I don't think he wanted to fool the FBI, because he saved jodie and conan and haibara from beeing killed by vermouth in 345.
5) I don't either think that okiya is akai in disguise, because in 509 the boy knew him, what means he've been living there for a while. but, in the same ep., ai feels that there is a BO member between the three suspects, what leads to think that okiya is bourbon.
6)for the same reason, okiya can't be yuusaku kudo in disguise (as a friend told me), despite he is a holmes fan and his deductions are even better than shinichi's and his wife is almost as good in disguising as vermouth ot kid.
