Kogoro: What...are those?
Ran: I...don't believe it.
Conan: I've heard of that! It's called captioning! Oh my god, the buggers!

Heiji: ...Hey, what are they doing?
Kogoro: Yeah, I don't get it.
Conan: Why are you looking to me? How am I supposed to know?
Kogoro: Well, I thought you would've watched a documentary on TV or something, since that's how you know everything else.

Conan: Man, it's a good thing I wear glasses.
Heiji: Yeah, otherwise my hair would have poked your eye out a second ago.

Conan put on one of those things to scare away the birds.
He instead scared away Ran and Kazuha.

Kogoro: This is it, right? Your cool look.
Kansuke: You know, it takes more than looks to be cool. ...but yeah, that is the look.

Ran wanted to consult a friend for once when she had suspicions of Conan being Shinichi. Apparently Kazuha wasn't as willing to go along with the idea as Ran initially thought.

Fire: Oooooh! I'm a ghost!
Conan: *sigh* Not this guy again.
Heiji: *sigh* Quiet you, we're trying to solve a case.
Fire: Wh-What? But...I'm terrifying!
Conan: No, you're annoying. Go away.

After solving so many murders, Heiji finally decided to try it himself. He found it surprisingly stimulating.
